Why is tax information required to withdraw funds?
A payment to a publisher is a reward for their completed advertising work. Financial relations between your company and another party (an individual or legal entity) is an economic activity that is regulated by law. Therefore, to receive payments, a publisher has to provide their tax information. It's necessary for tax and financial reporting, as well as for generating invoices for money withdrawal requests.
One set of tax information can be used for several sets of billing details.
1. Go to Tax Information and click Add tax information.
2. On the page that opens, fill out the following fields:
- Name — Enter any short name of your tax information, which will only be displayed in your account. If you add any other tax information in the future, you will be able to distinguish them by name.
- Country. An individual has to indicate the country of tax residence. A legal entity has to indicate the country in which the company is registered.
- Type of entity. Individual, legal entity, sole proprietor (entrepreneur), or self-employed.
Once you select a country and type of entity, other fields will appear on the page. Fill them out.
- City, Address, Postal code. An individual should specify the address of residence, a legal entity should specify the address of registration.
- First name Last name. For individuals.
- Company name. For legal entities.
- Tax office. The city in which your tax office is located.
- Tax number. Taxpayer identification number. You can find it on the website of the tax service of your country.
Or you can upload a scan copy of your tax document. For that, click in the notice under the field and choose a file to upload. - VAT number. Taxpayer registration number.
Below are some tips for filling out the fields for specific countries. Click a country name to open the list.

- CNPJ. A taxpayer identification number (for legal entities only).
- CPF. A taxpayer identification number (for individuals only).

- PAN. A taxpayer identification number.
- Account type. Account type.
- Account name. Account name.
- I have a GST number. This box is checked by default.
- If you don't have a GST number, just uncheck this box.
- If you have a GST number, keep the box checked and fill out the following two fields:
- GST Number. A goods and services tax identification number.
- SAC. A services accounting code.

- Registered in a free-trade zone. This box is unchecked by default.
- If your company is located in a free economic zone, check this box and click Select file to attach a supporting document.
- If your company is not located in a free economic zone, fill out the following two fields:
- Tax office. The city where your tax office is located.
- TRN. A taxpayer identification number.
After entering the TRN, click Select file and upload a scanned copy of the FTA certificate in PNG, JPG, JPEG, or BMP format.
- Registered in a free-trade zone. This box is unchecked by default.

3. Having filled out all the required fields, click Add tax information.
The information status will change to Verifying. Verification usually takes 1 to 2 business days, but sometimes it may take longer (up to 5 days). Learn more about tax information verification

Can I receive a payment without providing tax information?
No. We won't be able to pay you if you don't provide your tax information. Financial relations between your company and another party (individual or legal entity) is an economic activity that is regulated by law. This is why we need the tax information of the party to which we're transferring funds.
What do I do if my tax information has changed?
If your tax information has the Verifying or Editing required status, you can edit it. Please note: You can't change the country or type of entity when editing tax information. If you need to change the country or type of entity, create new tax information.
If your tax information has the Verified status, you can't edit it. Add new tax information with up-to-date details.
What do I do if my tax information is declined?
- If your tax information has the Editing required status, it means that it contains errors. Click to the right of the status, select Edit, and fix the errors.
- The Obsolete status means the tax information is out-of-date. You can't change it. Just add new tax information.
If you're sure your tax information is correct but still hasn't passed the verification, please contact support.
Will taxes be withheld if I add tax information?
No, we pay users their rewards with no taxes deducted. You pay taxes at your discretion.
